Nottingham Forest in talks with Manchester City defender

Nottingham Forest is in talks with 21-year-old Manchester City defender Issa Kabore following their promotion to the Premier League.

Kabore operates as a Right-sided player and was on loan last season to Ligue 1 side ESTAC Troyes where he made a total of 32 appearances for the French side and finished 15th in Ligue 1. Kabore also was one of the star players in Burkina Faso's African Cup of Nations team in January of this year where they reached the semi-finals, with Kabore registering 4 assists in 7 matches, also in the 7 matches in their African cup of nations run he was averaging a total of 2.3 tackles per game along with averaging 0.9 key passes per game.

Kabore last season in a total of 32 appearances in Ligue 1 had an average of 1.5 tackles per game and also 0.6 interceptions per game. Kabore's key strengths to his game are his dribbling and crossing setting him up nicely for next season to register some assists in Premier League should he join the newly-promoted side.
